Meet Mrs. Tognazzini (Mrs.T)
Hello! My name is Carrie Tognazzini. I have been teaching for 13 years and every single one of those years have been here at Ocean Knoll! I love our school-it is a second home to me. I am very excited to be back in kindergarten (I spent the last nine years in first grade). I have a Masters Degree in education, have received National Board Status, am GLAD trained, and am currently being trained in IB. I have the best job in the world- it is so much fun to watch the students learn and grow.
My husband Tj and I have been married for twelve years. He is a musician and together we own our very own recording studio. My daughter Gianna is almost 10 and is in fourth grade. She loves to help in class, act, sing, and skateboard-she has been at Ocean Knoll since Kindergarten (She had Mrs. Roberts 
). My Son Enzo is almost a year and makes me belly laugh every day- he is pure joy. I also have two Jack Russell Terrior dogs-Gidget (14), and Cricket (3). I have lived in Encinitas for 14 years! For fun I love playing soccer, yoga, running, walking my dogs, eating good food and spending time with those I love..
